The status of the applications / licenses can be displayed in color.

• Application available

• Application is not available

• Application / license is a software bundle

• Application / license is a subscription

In the Preferences the appearance and colors can be specified

An application is only marked as available if it was found in the folder "/Applications". If the application is located in a subdirectory below "/Applications", or if the name shown is different from the original file name, select "Refresh" from the toolbar menu. A Finder dialog box will appear where you can select the application.

An example of an application where the displayed name does not match the original name of the file is the app "Books". In the German localization of macOS, the "Display Name" is "Bücher", but the original file name is "Books.app".

Entries that have one or more attachments are indicated by a symbol in the list.
