On every entry (country, city island or POI), that you select in the menu, a pin will be added to the map and the location are shown in the map.

For the categories cities, islands, POIs and all desired targets there are the following distinctive features:
If you select the first entry (with the counter on the right side), a pin for each entry in this category will be added to the map. All pins that you have added before, will be removed before. For the categories cities, islands and POIs all entries are used (whether you have been marked as visited or not). For desired targets all entries that marked as "desired target" are used.

If you select an entry from a category or a sub category, a pin will added to the map. All pins that you have added before are also visible.
