To duplicate an item, select an item from the list and click on the "Copy" icon in the toolbar menu.

If your mac has a touch bar, use can use it also.

Or select an item from the list and choose "Menu" => "File" => "Duplicate item".

Or select "Duplicate item" from the context menu.

This will duplicate the selected item. The title of the item has the extension "Copy".
