You can attach a document or picture directly from your FaceTime camera. Click on the camera icon in the Toolbar menu.

Hold the object in front of the camera and click "Grab Picture". In the next window select "Attach as JPEG or" or "Attach as PNG". The attachment will be automatically saved in select Format.
