Contract Manager

To call up the graphical overview of the contracts, choose "Report=> Report Contracts" in the menu. Click on the "Charts" icon.

Then the window for the graphical report opens. Depending on the size of the window, more or fewer records are displayed.

This happens in steps of 5, 10 and 15 records.

Width of the window in pixels::

• < 1000 == 5 data series
• > 1000 < 1300 == 10 data series
• > 1300 == 15 data series

If there are more records than can be displayed at the moment, a pop-up menu will appear in the top left corner.

Here you can select the data series.

The "total spent per year" always refers to the contracts currently shown in the graph and not to the sum of all contracts.

A different background color can be selected via the context menu.

You can set the default background color in the preferences.
