To duplicate a software bundle, select the corresponding bundle in the tree view and click "Duplicate" icon in the toolbar menu.

Or select "Menu => File => Duplicate license".

Or select "Duplicate Bundle" from the context menu in the bundles area on the left.

A copy of the selected software bundle is created with the same name and the extension "Copy". Assigned licenses from the original bundle cannot be taken over, because a license can only be assigned to one bundle.
