To move an entry in the trash, first select an application/license from the list. Click on "Trash" icon in the toolbar menu.

Or select "File" => "License to trash" from the menu. This also works for a software bundle.

You can also move an entry into the trash via the context menu. To do this, select "Move app to trash" in the context menu.

If your Mac has a touch bar, you can touch the trash icon there.

To make an entry from the trash available again, expand the trash in the tree view.

Now select an entry and choose "Recycle license/bundle from trash" in the context menu.
